Realiti Belajar Jarak Jauh

Hai. Saya pelajar jarak jauh.

Seorang lagi pula pensyarah keusahawanan.

To make things short, hari ni pukul 5 ptg, selepas dissection mereka datang menjengah kami bebudak first year.

'Kalau anda mahu buat satu muka surat, tak jadi masalah. Tapi anda kena bukak stall usahawan macam kat USMKK'

Dan yang ironinya, ada juga kepala-kepala pemalas nak taip pakai komputer canggih yang mahu susah payah bukak stall. Tidak tahukah mereka bahawasanya, hari-hari kami di sini sudah penuh dengan aktiviti. Pagi petang kelas, then ada latihan utk SAMUDRA, then nak belajar lagi. ISH3. Banyak pulak saya merungut, sedangkan dulu ye ye nak ambik kursus kedoktoran ni.

Malam pulak tu. Bestkan sejuk2 pergi kampus? Bolehla test ada asap keluar tak waktu borak2, ye dak?

So malam ni, dgn pada mulanya happy sebab ingat boleh menelaah sedikit pasal jantung manusia, tiba-tiba kena belajar pasal bisnes. Best kan? Suka buat surprise, and yeah saya memang suka surprise. Lain kali buat lagi ye!

Apa-apa pun, hopefully ramai orang tenangkan diri walaupun banyak perkara kena ubah. Memang sakit hati tengok pensyarah keusahawanan tu datang, pastu sempat melawak, padahal kami yang kena buat kerja last minute. Ish2. Maksudnya, cuti raya cina terbuang aje sebab kena membetulkan proposal kami....

But people!! relaxla...I am telling this to myself.

(Atz-Tadzkirah, Imam al-Qurthubi))

Maybe some other time

Assalamualaikum....I wanna brag that I really miss blogging. Internet is not a bless here to be accessible, especially at the hostel. But, on the bright sides of it, I have time more to sleep, to tidy up my room, to enjoy the sceneries of Belgaum, India and other things I usually miss when Internet was my closest buddy.

Plus, there are things which restricts me to blog. One of them, is internet of course, other one would be the humane ethic and feelings of sentient towards my dear 21 friends who are still stranded at USM Kubang Kerian. I must say, the way MMC managed things is vulgarly done. Pity for those who volunteered to stay and more pitiful for those who were 'destined' by one small paper written 'STAY' on that very day of 8th September 2011.

I am sad that a friend named Darina isn't here. But perhaps, Allah has a better plan for her and also the others. Sorry to all of them, I don't know of any more words to console you. The more I say, the more hurt you will become, I know that. Just remember, for whatever that happened, things happened for a hidden reason. And only Allah could answer that. My prayer would be, SABAR.

Good things recently happened. One of them is that I get this nice room I wanna share with Darina. But last week, the hostel management staff took away the mattress beside me that was gonna be Darina's place. They took it without my notice and I was so shocked. I was later asked to move to another single bedded room which the location I disliked due to bad window view and too close to the boys' hostels. Alhamdulillah, things has settled. I got a room mate now and thus staying in that beautiful room for another 6 or 8 months.

I have seen the room for the new hostel which is still under construction. The room is quite small but cosy not fully finished. I doubt that it could be fully finished by another 6 months though. Plus, arriving at a new place isn't as easy as one could think. I don't know why they said here everything is cheap because trust me it's not. They have the almost standard malaysian price for electrical appliances. Plastics appliances are so expensive here. But medical books are of heaven! So cheap! I bought a thick Guyton and Hall book of Medical Physiology at INR 1450. Just revert to RM by dividing this with 15.

Oops got to go.....will be posting later :)

Oh it's the most touching Raya

Assalamualaikum and salam merdeka raya people! So it's fifth day of Raya already, how fast eh? And in two days time, it's the day to register as a degree student. Freaking nervous I tell ya...

For me, 2011's raya is the most touching raya. It's the day where we as family gather round and chit chatting non-stop and eating non-stop...and also, it's the occasion when my family finally now, knew that I will be boarding off to India this upcoming Friday.

I was lucky that I wasn't asked to give a speech like how my cousin did last year. But I was touched when we all prayed for my safety. And the words of spirits I received from dear cousins, their spouses and aunts and uncles. Mak teh's house was our first destination for every raya, and even though not all of our families were there to gather around, it's still fun.

Plus, duit raya tahun ni pun banyak. Hehehe. But no exact figure will I brag right here. Let it be my secret. Hehehe. Going to degree is a good thing after all, eh? hehehehe. Also at Sungai Petani, where my makjang gave me a telekung as a present. It was touching. The telekung symbolized a note and an advice to not forgetting my duty as a muslim, a duty to not forgetting my prayers.

Raya was short this year. But it felt good to see paktam, paklong, and my dear aunty from US aunty Zam, together with Cik Ja, makngah and many more to be mentioned who I only got to see once a year. It was sad to leave Sg Petani...
Salam Eid Fitri from me and family hehehe....:)

only a quarter of the big family :)

Sabah Detour: almost like Going Overseas

Assalamualaikum people who are kind enough to open one tab to actually read what I post. Thanks a lot for not making my effort to blog a waste. Anyhow, I miss blogging wherever I go, and have been quite a long time since I last post anything.

AlhamduLiLLAH to Allah Almighty Lord for allowing me to join 4 other friends to detour Sabah. We planned early since our foundation at Puncak Alam, whereby Chrystine our Sabahan girlfriend was eagerly inviting us to visit her place in front of the math lecture hall at dear UiTM Puncak Alam. Firstly, Sara Salleh, Balqis Isa together with Azneeza Manan and Nurul Ashikin were about to tag along, but they cancelled on the bit of the last minute due to parents' objection and some due to the fact that they are now working. Therefore, only Azyan Amani, Dina Azureen, Eliza Amira, the group leader; Dina Syafiqah and I who managed to say YES for the adventure. Hehehe :D

Chronology of our Adventure

1. Woke up as early at 5 AM to get ready with things to bring along was a drench after a while of not doing so. Flight to Sabah was at 9 am but it is a must for everyone who are going on board to reach early to the airport in case of anything. Our take of was at LCCT as we took the airbus 3220 Air Asia to hoar like bird to the Land Below The Wind.  And my dad and I were the first among my friends to reach at LCCT so we headed to MCD for breakfast. As we finished, the others finally arrived with their respective dads and mom except for Eliza who came with Dina.

9 am we boarded into the plane whereby we only afford to pay for the economy seats, but still they were comfy. On the plane, there was a birthday surprise for a little girl named Nurin who turned 6. She got a buffet voucher at Residence Hotel KL. Then there was a game where we can get the same voucher, the question was how many seats are there on the plane. The clue was there are 31 rows and each row has 6 seats, so how many?? can you count? The answer is 180...:P How did it turned that way? Well, it's in the pamphlets.

Two hours of a boring flight, finally landed on at Terminal 2 Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA). We were escorted by our tour guide name Abang Yus which until now my friends tend to fond him. -.-'

We were astonished by the Sabah bluish clean beach and seawater. Reached Kota Kinabalu the capital and it looked rather 'tak membangun' compared to here in Semenanjung. We searched for our hotel to shelter ourselves from hot sun and wet rainy days. And I found it first! City Park Inn was the place where we stayed for 5 days 4 nights. It was definitely The amazing '5 star' budget hotel we afford to stay in.

Quiet shocked with the room we got. Superbly 'JUST NICE' for the 5 of us. A double decker and two queen beds. But then, the aircond started to turn lunatic and made us sweating all over during the second day after visiting the Islands. So they gave us another room which was a bit smaller T.T. Oh yeah that night we managed to get Chrystine to join in. She can drive superbly although with manual. I felt little T.T. She was kind enough to attend us and brought us to dine at a nice place which I forgot its name but it was somewhere at the Double Six thingy. Yeah blame me for the ignorance T.T. Oh yes, she also brought us to Tanjung Aru that night for some chill out. Yet no close pictures with her since I didn't bring my camera. What ler....-,-'

2. Day two we headed towards the Islands. Pulau Sapi and Pulau Manukan. Not that far from Kota Kinabalu, around 20 minutes by super fast boat. The journey was amazing. Rasanya yang paling syok kut. Pulau Sapi was spectacular, boleh snorkelling sampai lebam, since we were provided with yellow goggles and life jackets. Seriously we can see and touch the fishes ! But stingray and sharks are a No No. We can only pass the spots with green balls if I wasn't mistaken. The others are dangerous, tempat bot lalu.

Oh at Pulau Sapi we met with this Sabahan guy who happened to be a rescuer. He moved around with a kayak and invited us to follow him to the middle of the sea. Only one person was allowed to follow him at once, I was the last one. So yes, I followed him, he brought me in the middle of the sea where corals more clearly. He told me I better dipped in to touch the corals and see more fishes. I hesitated but then he said I need no worry since I had the life jacket on. So yes, I dipped in, but got troubles with my goggles whereby the salty water kept rushing into my nose. It bothered me to dip deeper. When I tried to get back into the kayak, the rescuer tried to pull me up but he fell too. Hahahaha! The kayak went upside down. It was terrifying. I supported my upper body to the kayak but my I tend to step onto one big-rough coral reef. I was  scared, my feet bleed, but I managed to get onto the kayak at last. He brought me back to the shore. My friends were scared when they saw what happened from far. They thought I drowned. Alhamdulillah everything was super alright. God gives me another life!

After a heavy lunch which contains lotsa seafood and meats, we went for a banana boat riding. I think the ride was a bit too much for rm 40 per person. Bila balik Selangor, my dad told me you can get the ride for rm5 at Port Dickson. But hey here's the difference. At Pulau Sapi we had the ride in the middle of the blue sea, if I were to do it at PD, it can only be done near to the shore. Tak best ler ye dak?

Next was Pulau Manukan, and here is where you can find Taman Tunku Abd Rahman. Basically the beach and the sea are of the same kind of Pulau Sapi. But here. there's some chalets to rent for those who intend to stay overnight, but not us.

3. Started early at 8 am for a trip to Gunung Kinabalu and Poring Hotspring. The journey was a bit harsh with roads happened to be so narrow and berbelit2. Make sure bring along a plastic bag to puke if you might have road drunk. Anyhow, it was fun shopping at the Kundasang shopping spot, the prices are lower than that at Phillipines Market. Sadly, when we reached there, had some money deficit. So can't buy whatever we wanted even though the prices are better.

Arrived at Poring Hotspring around 11 something in the morning. It's hot here. Hot tubs are everywhere but some are not functioning and dirty. Many tourists especially the Chinese and Koreans. The water from the spring happened to be milky like milk when you try to collect it in your hands. And yes, the water is super hot, good for skin. Berendam lama pun takpe asalkan bayar RM 3.

Bored with hot water, my friends then wanted to try the river and the waterfall. We trekked the narrow pathway of the jungle to the nearest one which located around 400 m from the hot tubs. And wearing only a flip flop slipper my feet became easily tired. Sore people! While other friends wore shoes T.T this what happened if you forgot to bring a pair of sneakers or sport shoes...

The journey was super tiring. My friends were excited because the waterfall as if it belongs to us alone. No one else was at the spot. So yeah, it was worth a walk.

Done with solat and etc, we headed to a Chinese Restaurant for lunch. It was included in our package. The place was nice but doubtful whether they served HALAL or not. Mom advised me to be extra careful even though the workers seemed like muslims wearing veils on their heads. There's no halal logo except for a saying says 'No Pork Served'. T.T. The dishes came late and we were mocking hungry. The food was extremely sedap but the portion was too little until after 2 hours later we felt hungry again. T.T

It was raining quite heavily and add up to the cold weather, I was shivering. Not only that I forgot to bring along a pair of closed shoes but I also tend to leave my sweater at home. Thanks to the extra fat, it helped me to overcome the chill and Azyan told me to transfer some to Dinas who is damn thin. Hehehe. I told you being fat somehow beneficial.

Visited a market full with fruits and vegies. Couldn't buy any vegies because we can't cook in our hotel. Bought some cut fruits, sadly the fruits started to smell funny the next day and we realised how we lost RM 5 for the fruits. TSK TSK. Back home, mom advised, next time, buy fruits with their skins on and not the cut ones. I repent, mom. hehee.

Kabus menghalang pemandangan yang cantik. Well, my mom said the mountain looks nice in the morning midst. Unfortunately, we arrived at the spot in the mid day, thus the view jeopardized a bit. We went up till the veranda where the tourguide told us that it is actually a place where you would get your permit to climb up. And of course we didn't manage to climb up because it needs another RM 400 for that, plus we had no suitable attires on. No wonder the climbers stared at us strangely.

Took another 3 hours to reach Kota Kinabalu. It was nauseous along the journey. But before we went to sleep, we took our night out to the Night Market which located at the back block of our hotel. One more shopping spot, to find beads, more pearls and some GOLOK branded stuff. Not interesting though.

4. Paid another RM 170... TSK TSK...seriously too expensive...for what? For our one day experience to see the Monyet Belanda and fireflies. At first, the tour guide, Mr Yus, recommended us to go for rafting. I felt scared because the main reason I had no other clothes to wear since my wet attire went missing blew by the wind. But then, I didn't know by what chance that we ended up paying the same amount for the river cruise.

We headed to a place called Sungai Kias if I wasn't mistaken, took a boat to a cruise in the middle of the river and spent the whole afternoon and half our evening on it. The cruise was okay....we did see the monyet belanda with the long red nose but we mostly saw their buttocks on the tall trees. Tried to captured it into photos, sadly, they became quite blurred since we viewed from far. At night, we had seafood and rice for dinner, which was delicious. Did see fireflies but not as blazingly lighten as what I saw in the TNB ad on TV ....tsk tsk. One thing that happened was that, my friend managed to catch one firefly and put it inside a bottle, plus there's one which followed us into the van to KK.

5. Last day of our vacation we had no good activities to mention. Spent longer time to sleep till brunch hours and packed our things up to return to Peninsular. We needed to check out at 1 pm but the tour guide would only pick us up to the terminal at 6 pm. We left our handful luggages at the receptionist, planned to walk around town but it rained heavily. Sat down at the lobby where thank GOD there's HBO. Watched Anaconda for a whole while waiting for the rain to stop. Then we had lunch at one mamak restaurant called Mohaidin something even though Eliza and Dina wanted to have KFC Cheesy Wedges. I insisted to go to mamak because I thought the price will be lower but I was wrong. The mamak taukey cheated and everyone's food cost RM6.50 even though some of us took lesser food than the other. Sorry guys!!

Fulled with nice lunch, we then took a walk to the wet market to find prawns for Dina. We were actually searching for the Sunday Market but ended up taking pictures by the sea. Gone for another last shopping spree at the Phillipines Market. Needed to quench our thirst, we went down the food bazaar next to the Phillipines' Market where you can get many grilled food and fresh coconut juices. Sat down for some drinks and then walked again to find the prawns but no prawns were found nearby the food stalls. Dina wanted to buy prawns at the first shop we stopped by but sadly the shop closed. She looked rather down so we continue the adventure for prawn seeking. At last, Alhamdulillah she found one shop nearby the KK Big Market and bought prawns with a big smile on the face. We were glad.

At 5 pm, Mr Yus arrived to pick us up to the terminal. Before that, he was kind enough to bring us to the beach near Sutera Harbour and next time if you have more money, you can rent and stay at the five star hotels around Sutera Harbour, said myself to myself. Hahahah. Took our last memoir photos with MR Yus by the beach but we were a bit frustrated not to visit the Bajau Laut houses which floats on the sea water. Maybe next time...

Our flight boarded off to KL around 9 pm, with Air Asia. And we bid farewell to Sabah and its people. It has been awesome, especially with our friends along. I sat with Azyan Amani on the flight, but the others sat quite far at the back so the 2 hours flight seemed a bit boring without the other three girls. Hahaha.

Finally, we needed to go home fast since the parents were already waiting at the terminal. My dad and mom and sister were there since 9 pm so they nagged me for lateness. Couldn't hide the bad feeling had to leave my friends, the ever good friends I had. Hope to see them all again next time. Insha Allah.

Out and Red Riding Hood

Planned for a game of bowling at Metro Point Kajang, but the plan wasn't meant to come true. Saturday wasn't a good day for a bowl, merely since the place was overcrowded with tournaments and youngsters.

We assumed it was like this but we were WRONG!
Huda was kind enough to have text me and asked me for the game. I asked Maryam and Durrah, long time no see schoolmates and friends, to tag along as well, but Maryam had to be a nanny at her home. At last only three of us, Huda, Durrah and I. Huda, the world's best driver is our best driver too! I certainly had to bring her for a drive someday :')

We hated waiting, and so do everyone OUT THERE. So, we exited the place and headed towards Alamanda, Putrajaya. Nasib baik ada kereta, kalau tak, we will be dead waiting. Our bowling game turned out to be a day out for a movie. There were just too many to choose from, and at last, RED RIDING HOOD was our fate for the day.

she was an okay RED RIDING HOOD

Basically, this movie is a bit different from the legend or the tale that we used to hear during childhood years. In fact, it was different. Much like Twilight, hence I assumed Twilight's fans must be excited to see this one. Amanda Seyfried as Valerie is actually half human half wolf. Her father was a wolf in this movie and would turn into a wolf during Blood Moon, which believed to happen every 13 years? And, there's a family conflict in this movie throughout the end, and twists here and there. It dwells on which one in the village where Valerie lived, is actually the were-wolf. Only at the end, people will understand why it was her father. Emm malas la citer. Tengok la sendiri...:D

If I was to rate this film, a plain 3 out of 5 will do. Not exhilarating till one can jaw-dropped but worth watching. Okay, I guess this would be the last movie for this month and next month. I am broke already :(

>>>p/s: Huda kept telling me, to work work and work. I think I need work. I need work outs and I need everything that has the word WORK in it<<<

Saya tak bergaya

Well, at 7 pm today, the dinner for the Foundation in Science students will be held at SACC convention centre, just beside the old popular PKNS Shah Alam. It is a grand dinner to be told, and hopefully, yeah, it would be meaningful.

Almost 2 months before this course end. I need to study harder seriously. Flunked in two IMPORTANT papers recently, put me somewhere to a spot that I never thought I would be standing in. I have turned into just a mere lower than average person and I hate the feeling so bad. It's like I am not deserving a place with the rest of my colleagues.

Yesterday, classes ended early. I didn't go to Recipe of Woman program because my friends weren't that in the mood to go with me. T.T. So, I rushed upstairs and just having breads and nutella for lunch. Seriously, I need to trim down my weight. Been fatter and fatter these days. And being fat is not fun.

So, around 3 p.m, I went to my friend's room far away at R2, where there was a demo session of wearing shawl. Conducted by my class representative, Eliza Amira, whom has always been elegant and up-to date in fashion. The rest of us, including me are just merely clueless girls who wish we can dress up like she did. Haha.

dina trying hers.

okay tak? lol

My sister looked different in these pictures of her taken recently:

shishin made over by cousin on Thursday

She looked matured and prettier than me. whatever lol

And, I actually love fashion. Seeing Gossip Girls, where beautiful garments and lavish dresses are made real always make me happy but I just don't have to gut to be updated. Lol. Many asked me to change style for real sake, but I don't really think I could.

I look sooooo round like ball if I were to put this on. Lol

>>>p/s: My friend, Azyan, her dress for the dinner is just mesmerizing. Well, I just notice that when we reach the stage of becoming a lady, there's a need to know how to dress well and look amazing. No more rugged style. But, I am just too innocent to play beautiful. haha. Jangan ketawa kalau saya tak bergaya at dinner esok. Saya cuba. <<<

We off on Thaipusam

Not celebrating that Hinduism celebration whatsoever, but currently living in a fake Batu Caves where the stairs are higher than that of Batu Caves itself. So, there's cable cars at batu caves, when will we here, feel to have the same thing? Lol

Mom and dad were forced to visit me here. I told them that I need our digital camera for the Saturday dinner, but it was actually just an excuse. I miss them a lot, and I need to see their faces and just everything about them. I also miss my sister like damn lots because she's my sister...duh :)

But, in the morning, I went play-shopping and window shopping with 2 of my comrades and one lost boy who called in the morning asking whether he could come with us. So, 4 girls and 1 boy went together. Nothing intriguing happened, but just sorting things out for Calvin's endeavours for what to wear for the very dinner. I on the other hand, couldn't find any lipgloss. Out of sold. T.T

The best part of the day was to go to Andalas, seeing my mak teh who looks healthier, alhamdulillah. Khayra Amani will have a new baby sibling soon, and that adds the member to our family. That's mean a YAY! What a great news. Gonna be seeing that new born baby probably by September, told my cousin Kak Intan who is also Khayra lovely mother.

Watched my cousin mimicking Stacy's Jahat dance and seeing a makeup demo by my cousin to my little sister. I didn't got the chance to have the make up on, because it was time for dinner, where we ate the most delicious chicken rice ever! And we also ate the chicken rice with roasted fish? Erk...

Above all, I am glad my parents came all the way and brought me to Klang. Seeing that little kiddo Khayra Amani was a joy and eating lavish foods is satisfying. And sitting and studying in my room with my boring roommate is a misery. Lol.

>>p/s: why is my roommate soooo hardworking but sooooo silent? It's  like I live with a wall<<

Semester Two Chapter 3

And yes, been in Puncak Alam for the 3rd week. Alhamdulillah, everything went okay and alright, without anything to be complained off (finally it is okay).

Classes are on errand like usual. Nothing much to be bragged, still running here and there, especially around 3.00 p.m to 4.00 p.m, in order to get the lift to get the seats for later lectures. And things got fun when we need to actually fight for the lift, during the peak hours between tutorial at FF2 and lectures at FSK DKF2 which is the farthest lecture hall there is, and most of my lectures are situated at that VERY hall. What a luck!

Anyhow, last weekend, I CHOSE to stay and not returning home for the weekends. Well, my one of the eldest cousin got married to a beautiful woman on Sunday, so my parents picked me up and headed there on that very day. Both looked stunning during their wedding at my favourite place to eat like in heaven ; Mak Teh's house. A house where already becoming our village. It was a happily-smooth event. Alhamdulillah :) Glad seeing 2 of my cousins, already settled down, and now left with emmm...wait, too many to be counted. Hehehe.

Yup, and on Saturday morning, as early as 8 a.m, my groupmates and I went for a cycle around this huge campus. It has been sooooo long since my last cycle. And, cycling is forever still very fun. It felt so much like Azizul Hasni Awang, the gold medalist, when cycling down the peak of puncak alam. Fuuhh. so fast, and barely stopped. Getting the fresh air and laughing non stop with the girls gave me a sense of relief from boredom in my room. Thanks to the girls:) But yes, when returning to the peak, and to cycle against gravity is no fun! Tiring except for my one friend, Eliza. The other girls said, they got asthma during returning. Hehehe. Sadly, Dina Azureen was not there. If not, it would be fun even more.

from left; Yan, Jija, Syikin and Eliz

sorry, no make-up lol

the very left is Dina, and she's funny like damn funny. I wonder why she's quite today :(

I wanna show u guys, how is it like in the midst of the environment. It was captured in the morning and it was raining. Colddd I tell ya. And yes, very nice to 'guling2' on the bed:)

Can you see the stairs? A view from my room:) And kabus weh. biasalah Universiti Genting Highland, hehee.:)

Well, I must say it is kinda sad to know, that in a 4 months time, I'll bid this nice room a farewell. It's hard to get a nice room alike what you can get at Puncak Alam. As for my juniors, who wanna do diploma in health sciences or foundation studies; opt for UiTM in your UPU application. Who knows you will get my first class room:)

Alas, gotta do my lab report for chemistry. Been procrastinating it since last Thursday. Boo me! And, at last, The Annual Grand Dinner for Asasi Sains students is now alive! Will be held at Shah Alam Convention Center, price per person is RM70 but still in the progress of getting sponsorships from UiTM itself, buses are provided, auditions are on, and if I am not mistaken, only 1500 persons can actually accommodate the hall. The SACC already asked for the RM20K deposit. What a value eh? But it will be a waste if one doesn't go. It sounded like a fantastic event, and what NOT, its theme is Masquerade baby! Maybe I can put on something like I watched in Shakespeare movies?

or perhaps V for Vendetta? ngeh3

Or like this, smart eh?

Okay, to be frank, I am kinda like the theme. Sophisticated no? I just wish I can wear dresses, but I couldn't. Anyhow, let's see how thing goes. 10 persons per table, who gonna be in a group with me? hehehe:)

Making Money

To be a student is a hard work. Thinking how fast time flew, and how abruptly you have used all the allowances is a nightmare. Good students are given scholarships, some take that as a responsibility and some just plainly don't because, perhaps, they come from a well-being family. But, still some just plainly act low profile, use the money only on something important and save the rest. Maybe money doesn't mean anything to them.

A month plus plus of holidays finally laid down it's curtain. It was boring to know that holidays were spent with nothing but excessive sleeping and blogging and chatting nonsense via skype. But knowing how those days where you don't have to worry about what will happen the next day is heaven! I will only have them back when semester II ends, on the late of March 2011.

Having a degree on medicine is something I really wish would come true. No hard work, no pray, no perseverance, and no entry given would make it just plainly a dream. I still on my wits end thinking on other options. Sorry to note that I have none. Saying you want to be something and had that something for your career just because you have dream for it the whole life, is pathetic. And pathetically, it happens to me. To be rich by being a doctor, is a certain not. But, why when people ask what I wanna do with life, the answers would give rise to those that need money to be settled down?

Three friends so far have invited me to join a business venture. I can say that it's not a bizarre thing. They came online nicely and sent messages nicely, to ask me to join them in the Score A business, which as for me, thought of it more likely as Marketing Level thingy, which, frankly speaking, kinda hard to be trusted. Thanks Hanif, Fidrie and Azeryl for that many many explanations on the program. Really appreciate them. But to start ahead, joining them is not easy. It needs money still! Where am I gonna find that so much money?   God knows.

Listing 20 names that I know best, who can really help lend me RM 50 per person is a tough thing to do. I never really had ask people for funds. Even for a RM 10, it feels awkward. But, if they are willing to help lending me some money, it is for the business sake. And, I PROMISE to pay it back in a month. Well, that's what Hanif told me. How far is it to be true, only God Knows.

However, after looking at the three categories of people in this world, which

  1. 1. see the chances, but think that he has so much time, so why now?

  2. 2. grab the opportunity fast, for it won't come in twice.

  3. 3. wait for others to show better results, and be happy with what they earn. Precaution should be priority.

I rather want to be the no. 2. I wanna make money fast. But can I? Multi Level Marketing is not east. Cooperation to find underground dealers is a must, must be filthy diligent to find buyers and must be very optimistic of what lies ahead. After seeing how, some of them who joined the venture, could gained up to RM30 K for three months, roused my goosebumps and anxiety. For sure, money can't bring to death, but death needs money, for kain kapan, tanah kubur and etc. Right?

4 days, 700 pages, Moscow, Tsarina and Islam

Bumi Cinta. was a humanistic novel, as people can see from the cover: Sebuah Novel Pembangun Jiwa, which means A Novel For The Soul. I bought this book from dear Popular Bookstore which now can easily be found at Tesco Sungai Petani, Selatan. My little heart jumped with joy knowing I can get access for books and DVD's as easy as ABC at my own hometown:)

This was the very first time in my whole life, which I dedicated all my leisure time to read and explore the beautiful and exciting contents of the novel itself, which sets in Russia. Habiburrahman El Shihrazy does somehow or rather deserved the award that he won as the best novelist in his country, Indonesia. He was the same person whom created Ayat-ayat Cinta, one of Malaysia's Mega Best Seller among the bookworms.

When you witnessed the bookcover, you can easily tell, the story sets in Russia. That's what genuinely made me attracted to it. I really want to know more about Russia, even though it's no worth for me to keep thinking about Russia. Many people like to said bad things about the country itself since yes, it has been one of the popular communist region in history. Even the author of Bumi Cinta described how bad Russia is in terms of its humanities, social life, religion and the way of life. It tells the story of a young Indonesian scholar who are profoundly doing his researches in History at MGU, a university in Russia. How he has to accept to live in an apartment together with two non muhrim Russian women because of certain reasons like safety and mobility easiness. Most of the communities who live in Russia, typically the non muslims are described to be anthers. They don't believe in God and they live freely as what freedom sets them to be. Women and men can live together freely, many men are gays, mafia are everywhere, food are expensive, Russian are abusive and rough, don't speak Ruskee if you're not Russian, they do not like Asians and etc etc, making people who read the book, would just easily labeled Russia as a dangerous place to go. Not that I wanna make people scared over this matter, but that is how the author itself wrote in the novel. I myself, in a sudden feel so lucky to be here in Malaysia.

Besides description of dark sides of Russia, the author is smart in blending the plots with a lot of useful hadith, advice and verses from Kalamullah Quranul Karim which can easily take readers into the paradise of Islam. The author uses Muhammad Ayyas as the carrier of all the messages he wants to share with his readers and yes, I can happily say that he succeeds!

Towards the end of the whole story, the twist urges me more when one of the Russian women, named Linor is actually a Palestinian, an Islam, who had been adopted by Jews. For 4 hours after midnight, I burn the midnight oil to complete my reading, which also I found some important and useful facts that can be related to medicine. :)

For 4 consecutive days, 700 pages and more, I learn a lot from Bumi Cinta. I learn how hard it is to have surrounding full of hatred towards our own religion. How cruel the Jews are. How jahil the Russian are. How easy one's faith can tumbled because of those gorgeous Tsarina. How empty the souls of the Russian are and How to hinder from Syaitan Laknatullah. I also learn a lot about those beautiful places in Russia, like Red Square, till there's a saying that goes "Don't say you have been to Russia, if you haven't seen the Red Square". My miss for ruskee was healed when I did jump into many russian words like Drashvihdaniya and more.

I would like to recommend this wonderful and energetic novel to those friends who are going to voyage to Russia in few days time. I guarantee they will get a good grip to their faith with this book.
