Mati lebih baik
Isaac Newton is a well-known figure; the man whom we used his laws of Physics up till now. How awesome is that? Many Newton Laws prevails and because of that, he is saluted by all mankind who have been studying physics. F = ma , force is equal to mass times acceleration is the basic formula that every one, perhaps you, us and I have ever encountered. Many questions that came up for physics dealt with it, so let's not forget shall we.
Mass times acceleration. We all have mass, body mass. We also have acceleration, which is movement due to difference of distance in a particular time. And to make something to happen, we need to know that we have to move. And to move we need that F. Force to start doing something. Newton once dignified that one object which is kept stationary will remain stationary if no force (larger than that object) to make it moves. Thus, this concept is also analogical to the life we are pursuing.
Have you ever felt that feeling of intense laziness to start doing something useful whether it be performing solah or as easy as to get your morning shower? Everyone must have experienced that. The only thing that will help us to finish something off is by making an effort (force) to start on doing. And remember one physics law that mentioned, every object has inertia and momentum. Once it is moving, it will continue to move at a constant speed, and will not stop unless there's another force exerted on it. The same goes with humans! So, what's make you waiting? Move and start doing.
Read an article (coincidentally written by a brother to a very good friend: Ir Faridul Farhan) just now in JOM, and find this very good hadith regarding death is better than procrastination.
Ibnu Qayyim:
"Bergeraklah: kerana diam boleh mematikan. Sebesar-besar keuntungan di dunia adalah menjinakkan dirimu setiap saat pd aktiviti yang memberikan manfaat paling banyak di akhirat. Mensia-siakan waktu lebih bahaya daripada kematian kerana ia memutuskanmu daripada Allah & akhirat. Sedangkan kematian hanya memutuskanmu daripada dunia & penghuninya"

sukan oh sukan
saya suka sukan
tapi tak suka main sukan
it's just that I don't have the talent.
*sedangkan memang kaki malas*
Okay people. In two weeks time, we the small community in this lovely place called USM KLE Belgaum is going to have a sports day! WOHOO:D *sorak sikit*
So yeah, it's like the basic school sports day where we have divided among ourselves to various groups according to color. I am green so beware.
Being here, where we have to conduct our own activity is always difficult. But, I must praise those sports and culture bureau for making it a reality for the kids here to play netball, track game, relay, basketball, badminton, tennis and the list goes on.
Just that, there's no teacher or coaches here to blindly PERSUADING us to play, thus creating more people like the lazy me. (*I am just so proud to be lazy..*)
![]() |
SAMUDRA KINI BAKAL TIBA. hahahaXD |
SAMUDRA USM-KLE 2012 gonna be a blast since the IDEA is fantastic. Even we have our own groups by the name of oceans. Mine is Pacific which is GREEN. LOL.
But, even though I dislike sports, I know very well how sports can instill this feeling of being together and fight for our dignity, I mean our group's dignity. And, with many talented kids friends I have here, surely SAMUDRA will roars!
>>p/s: tulis nama masuk futsal, tapi serious malas weh nak main. why so serious la people!??>>

Community Placement
Community Placement, is going to be ON for tomorrow. I am actually the project manager for this first meeting with our first activity showdown. I am excited but scared for some reason.
First, we are going to do this community service at a 'special deaf and mute kids' school located very near to our hostel. I mean if there's no wall at our campus, we can surely just walk there, but the reality is bitter. Due to a wall, we have to travel via our mini school bus. Great.
20 other colleagues and I went to the very place last week, during our first meeting. The place was located at a very isolate compound, and the moment we entered, all the special kids stand up and greet us like they greet their God.
So, we were having an orientation on that day actually. The supervisor of that school isn't able to converse in English, and only knows the local Kannada, and thus we have to have our own escort Dr Kiran as the translator. Which is kinda hard BECAUSE we ourselves are not well versed in Kannada. Susah ooo nak cakap dalam bahasa ayam itik. Literally susah.
![]() |
origami is what we are gonna teach these kids tomorrow. Gulp! |
And the orientation lasted about 2 hours I think, whereby we were shown some simple sign language like the numbers and common alphabets, on the animals, and on the days but I only remember how to 'say' elephant though. Blame me for lack of knowledge in these stuff.
The kids there are mostly girls ranged about 5 to 18 years old, and only 10 boys. The girls stayed there, where they sleep on the floor. Well, it's very pity, but that is real life in India. The school on the other hand is named, The school for the deaf and dumb kids, but ironically, these kids are not dumb at all. Dumb are generally long time ago American usage to console those who are mute and deaf. But they don't use that anymore, plus, some of them could be offended if we called them dumb and deaf.
So during the orientation, one of my colleague, Adib, asked if we could change the school's name, but in the end, they said they can't as the school has already abided by the government. Poor kids, though. They learnt tough subjects like high level maths and chemistry. Sadly, they don't learn English and vocational subject. I kinda worry how their future gonna be with lack of English proficiency and human skills.
On the other hand, being a project manager is a drench task. It was actually three of us who are supposed to be in charge but the other two girls went sick during the group discussion, so the group leader passed the work to me. Well, being a leader is hard. I mean, I have leadership skills but somehow or rather I believed that people looked down on me because I care too much. They can easily 'step on' my kindness and my inability to reject people's lame and stupid ideas if they are good friends. And today I really feel awkward and weak.
Tomorrow's visit must be exciting. I really wanna it to be so because first impression always counts first. Lol. I hope the group members are aware of their specific tasks as I have posted them on Facebook group like so many times. And who doesn't notice Facebook notifications these days eh?
>>p/s: Ya Allah, permudahkanlah urusanku dan rakan-rakanku. Dan jauhilah aku daripada sifat riak dan takbur serta bangga diri. Lindungilah aku daripada segala kejahatan dan lapangkanlah dadaku dengan kesabaran:) <<

Homenculus
![]() |
Medicine always involves arts. And they are always too artistic. |
Do you know your brain is the 'leader' for most of your body functions?
Currently, in the mode of learning all about the brain, and its colonies like the cerebellum, pons, medulla oblongata, the midbrain and what not the spinal cord.
And do you know that the spinal cord is much more like a long octopus? Well, it looks like an octopus to me, and it's actually very soft. Despite its softness, the spinal cord is also a major part in providing routes for the ascending and descending tracts of our nerve fibers to the cerebral cortex. And yes, cerebral cortex is at the cerebrum. And we have another baby brain called the cerebellum, just behind the pons and medulla oblongata.
And for the pain and touch sensation, we have this tract called ascending tract which ascend to the sensory HOMENCULUS of the cerebral cortex. Here is the beauty and magnificence of the brain where the nerve fibers travel via the ascending tract as Lateral Spinothalamic Tract, ascend to the last destination; the sensory homenculus. But what is HOMENCULUS that I am bragging about right now??
Sensory homenculus is an area, which resembles the part of the body in an upside down manner. Like what you can see in the above picture. The upper/anterior brain resembles your genitals then the most posterior or the part below resembles your viscera and upper body parts like pharynx. So lets say you prick the finger region on the homenculus, then the pain sensation is felt on the finger. Magic isn't it? This is what you call the magnificence of the brain. This part is also called the Muller's Doctrine of Sensory Nerve Energies. Hah, amek kau! :D
Oh, I would like to mention about the law of projection too. (Tetibe mood rajin)
![]() |
Happiness is somehow a mindset |
So the law of projection lies closely with the route of sensation. Let say one person is now amputated. He has no foot now. But then he said to his friend he felt itchness on his toes and foot, is this normal? Yes. This is what we call the law of projection, where the sensation of the same place along the similar nerve route will be felt even though the original place where the sensation has to be felt is no longer exist. This is mainly because the nerve now has been exposed. That causes the itchness.
Well, folks...that's all for today. I was about to write about Mumbai. But then again, the travelogue plan is now 'amputated' because no good photos to show. People will only read travelogue with photos not merely long sentences which will make everybody puke. So long people. I got so many things to cover. It's sad to be a fast-catch up kid but an easily-forgotten student. Everything is very volatile for me T.T

Saree in India
Amazed by how these Indian women wrap theirselves in long piece of clothes without stiching, and voila...a Saree is beautifully placed on their bodies. I want to wear it too so badly though, but it would be ugly on me. Eh no! I would make it looks ugly. So, we asked one lady at a saree shop to demonstrate. Check it out!

Spare time
Assalamualaikum
Today marks another beginning of a NEW block/topic for my first year as a medical student. It is on the MUSCULOSKELETAL BLOCK.
Meaning last week is the end of the Cell and Tissue block which is super duper hard for me. The end block test was a disaster. Focusing on the hard topics but what came out was out of expectation. I should have bear in mind that everything in life is unexpected. However, no use of crying out blood by now. Things had happened.
For anatomy, I think I have quite a big love for bones and structures of them. It intrigued me a lot unlike remembering the properties of Amino Acid and Nucleic Acids. Sadly, last week, while other students have already dig their hands in to dissect the cadavers, my group (the only group with a FEMALE CADAVER)m, hasn't actually try on those blades to cut open the poor body. But we had fun learning some terms like epiphisis and diaphisis as well as other term like haversion canal. Things that I can remember of course. Biochemistry, on the other hand, is something which I have to create fond with. The book recommended which I am using now is not exactly a good book which I can refer to. And of course, here, there's time constraint to focus on those thicks books which stand erectly arranged in my room. Beautifully untouched. And I blamed time for being too fast.
Malaysian Night
Apart from the great studying moments, we as overseas students also get this opportunity joining one gathering of Malaysian students around Belgaum. One of the events is Malaysian Night. USM-KLE is the host and we performed 2 shows for the night which were awesome. Here, I am so amazed by some of the colleagues who are so artistic. They can sing, they can dance so beautifully and play instruments. Our team won the performance competition. Did I mentioned I joined dancing? It is plainly just for fun and to fulfill the emptiness.
Trinity 2011
This is an intercollegiate event where students of JNMC as well as other students from Karnataka or Belgaum I think, participate in various events including, competitions like Battle of The Bands, Football, Arts, and many more. USM-KLE's students like Adib and Aidil Yusof both won the best basis and best drummer award. Isn't these arouse jealousy? Who says medical students just know medical terms? They can also play music and rock the stage. And it's a pleasure even though I can't join because I am untalented, seeing them winning those things among many other talented students here, make me proud to be part of them! WOAHH
So only yesterday, MARA had also came here to see how their sponsor students are doing. Mainly, we are doing fine. Hostel is comfy, food is lavish and what else I could describe? Our safety is well keep as we have our own Malaysian's dean here, Prof KJ, so that's is among the privilege of becoming a USMKLE Student.
Over a month have I been here. Staying here is alright. All cosy and chilling. Some places are dirty and noisy and that's India. A place where you are not going to grow alive but to grow surviving. I am praying hard so that I will excell in my phase 1 and could attend phase 2 and the other phases up to the end with strength and smoothly finish all this then get married. OOps, I mean work and serve for the people. (lame phrases but whatever)
Sorry for no photos like what you have seen in many of other blogs. I have no good time to spare to upload them. Will steal some pictures from friends FB page. MUAHAHHAHA.

Is it their fault?
Parents always want the best for their precious little ones. They would do anything, and undergo any tests just to make sure the fetus inside the womb is healthy and without deformities.
Of course, no one pray to have Down Syndrome babies. This deformity can actually be detected during pregnancy, by taking some amniotic fluid through the mothers. It is a painful procedure to both baby and mother, and only bring about 80% chances to see whether the baby has Down Syndrome or vice versa. Plus, the cost is expensive as well. It costs about USD 900 for one trial. T.___T
For OBGYN doctors, it is their job before any labour or deliveries to tell their patients regarding this test, and ask whether they want it to be done. There are sometimes misunderstanding catastrophic when parents actually believed that when the test is negative on conduct, their babies won't have this syndrome.
Thus, when this happen, guess what happen to the parents. Of course they would be plainly DISAPPOINTED. The babies they had waited long enough came out not at par to what they have expected. And, it's not easy to raise children with Down Syndrome. Only those with strength could.
When the parents become bloody frustrated, they blame everything on doctors. They would say, that the doctors cheated and just want their money. They would go as far isas to sue the doctors. Of course, for Muslims, we must beware that, any tests invented by humans are not necessarily give 100% truthful results. Allah S.W.T is the Most Powerful, He is the only entity whom able to change everything according to HIS great knowledge. We cannot question on that.
Doctors would have to live for the blame. Even with high reputation, it would bring dirt if the doctors had made such 'mistake'-mistakenly. So, the doctors, have to bear being punched till bleed, being nagged and being insulted just because their babies are not as what they want it to be.
Patience is doctor's greatest courage. Alertness comes hand in hand. Poor Doctors. Tough studies, tough work force, harsh patients.

Book for the Souls.
Assalamualaikum dear readers :)
Ramadhan 2011 is going to approach it's second week already. What do we feel about this? Sad because it is going to end in another couple of weeks or we feel excited because Raya is looming? Tepuk dada tanya iman. AHAHA.
Ramadhan gives us more time to ponder on life and to start working out for things we usually missed out due to our meal time. Each meal takes approximately 10 to 30 minutes to end, thus, do the math and calculate how much spare time we obtain without the need to attend hunger?
My first Ramadhan's activity would be finishing some books in the collection. Lately, I have been in love with books for the souls, buku kerohanian rather than books for fun. And I am more into Bahasa Melayu's books. HEHEHE.
Isabella is the first book I would like to brag about. Bought it 2 months ago, in the intention to bring it along to UiTM Shah Alam during Pre Med, but it was kept dusty inside the drawer since it was so busy during that time. Ceh...
One word for Isabella would be mesmerizing. Isabella isn't a novel about the usual love story we found in typical books and it is not just about a woman named Isabella. More that, ISABELLA revolves around an Islamic Heroine. Srikandi Islam that we perhaps never heard before in our lives.
Who is Isabella? Well, to know who she is, first we need to read the book. Basically, the book in my hand right now, is the new edition and it has been published over 20 years ago in Malaysia for the first time.
Back is Spain centuries ago, where Islam was about to spread all over Spain, lives Isabella, the daughter of the head of all priests. She is an intelligent, beautiful young woman, who many respects. Her father intended to bring her up just like Mary or Maryam, Mother of Isa A.S. He wanted Isabella's life fully dedicated to Christianity. Thus, Isabella had grown up to be one Christianity intellectual.
Because of curiosity to find the truth, however, Isabella was attracted to the fact on Jesus Christ and the reason why 'Their Lord' was put to christ. Christians believed for ages that God sent down his 'prince/son' to Earth, to be Christ, to vanish or to wash away all sins there were on Earth.
With intense debate among some Muslims' scholars, with the priests at one big church in Cordova, Isabella started to feel something wrong with the religion she have faith in. She even started to melt after listening to one surah recited by Umar Lahmi. By the way, it was Umar Lahmi who brought up the issue on Jesus being christ.
After some time, Isabella noticed how the priests and even her own father as the head, could not answer the all the questions asked by the muslims' scholars. Her faith became more shaky. She was so mad when her father didn't answer one question by Umar Lahmi instead he walked away because he was puzzled and he was blanked.
Because of that, Isabella was totally hundred per cent sure that ISLAM is the righteous religion and Allah S.W.T as the only God in the Universe. The book tells perfectly every detail on how Isabella was put into inquisitorial and was badly tortured in the dungent of the church as to bring her back to Christianity. However, she was strong till the end. No matter how harsh she was punch and kicked and slapped and hurt, she was still able to say and to confess that Allah is the only GOD, and Prophet Muhammad S.A.W is HIS messenger.
Isabella also revealed to Umar Lahmi and other Muslims about the dark and hidden sides of christianity. How nuns were treat as sex slaves to the priests and many other activities which sounded 'syirik' and khurafat. In the end, towards the end, Isabella was successfully released from torture and brought back to Islam and officially reverted to Islam. She then started learning hadith and the Quran, soon becoming a respected and prominent reference for Hadith. She was unbeatable in debates regarding Christianity and Islam. She even succeed to revert one famous Christian believer to Islam.
This great woman died at the age of 80 and along her life, she had dedicated her energy and her wisdom to the spread of Islam all over Spain. Her demise was mourned and even some Muslims across the globe pray for her. Al FATIHAH to Isabella. A Muslim Heroine who definitely should we put as an example:)
SubhanALLAH. Grateful to be destined with this incredible novel. A must read for sure. |
To those out there, please buy yourself and get this wonderful Novel right away.RM16 for an amazing and inspirational novel is nothing compared to its priceless story and knowledge. Indulge yourself and seek for the truth now. And thanks to Dato Abdullah Hussain for translating this wonderful story for us to learn and inspire.

India, here I come
Assalamualaikum dear readers:)
Advantages
1. High requirements for admission to medical courses in local universities. So once you are in, you can be considered as superbly good. But, guess I am not. HeheheXD
2. Provide local lecturers aside the foreigners. Better understanding, when you find it slightly difficult to converse in English. *Be real Dayana. This is the sign that you will be able to brush up your English*
3. Problem Based Learning is implemented, especially in UiTM. Thus provide better way to understand cases and relate them with the symptoms and signs. *eemm...I am pretty sure there will be PBL too in USM-KLE*
4. Family lives here. What is even better than having to stay close to them? Maybe I am sounded a bit childish and bratty, but here's the fact. Family washes away your inferiors and also sometimes, tenses.
5. No need to worry on money currency. Been living almost 2 decades in the country, been shopping around with Ringgit Malaysia. Easy breezy shopping is indeed a pleasure for those who manage to study here.
6. No worry on food. Halal food is everywhere.
7. Can celebrate yearly occasions with family members. Again I sounded bratty.
8. Can drive here and there. And building up more fat in the adipose tissues thanks to lotsa nearby fast food restaurants. Added up to the fact, there are tonnes of drive-thru...
9. UiTM offered AMS (Advanced Medical Science) degree if you completed your second year with honour. It could be an added up basis for you as a medical student and as a doctor in the future. Guess, I won't have to dream about it now though...
10. New campus in Sg Buloh (UiTM) which alike Puncak Alam, is superb. But this is not a major problem since hostels at KLE are of five class standards too.
11. Friends are abundant. Yet, life is about adventure, in every phase, find yourselves new troops of friends. Build up networking, Dayana. Don't be too narrow minded.
12. Clinics are located everywhere, in case you need to see a doctor. In India however, I am not quite sure, if I were to have my bronchitis back, who should I ask for help? My room mate?
13. They got JPA sponsorship. RM 5600 per semester if I am not mistaken. They will be instantly rich brainiacs. Bounded 10 years to the government, and Voi'la you don't need to pay back. And do you think 10 years is lengthy?
Disadvantages
1. Less experience on life. No opportunity to cultivate yourselves to other people's culture unless you are going to the Borneo.
2. Small and poor ventilated rooms with bathrooms outdoors. Misery I tell ya.
3. Quite unhelpful when it comes to possess English as the medium of interaction. Mostly, students will talk more in their native language thus, would be bad for their learning process in a long run.
4. More expensive medical books.
5. Hot and timid climate almost a year round.
6. Small space lecture halls. Not conducive.
7. Mosquitoes breeding farm. They are handy to give you sleepless nights.
8. High chance to become a bit racist especially when you are surrounded with MALAYS all the time.
9. Inadequate cadavers to provide students with hands-on experience doing dissections and knowing every little details of the human body.
10. Couldn't learn to cook or brushing up cooking skills, since food are provided on your 'doorsteps'.
Advantages:
1. First amazing collaboration between Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and a well-established medical institution in Belgaum, KLE. Who doesn't wanna be a part of this incredible giant medical school?
2. Obtained a M.D degree from USM after you completed the course. This is just super amazing because USM has been established so well in the country, so no one would question whether it is accredited or recognized.
3. USM KLE is located in Belgaum, where there's 4 seasons and by this September it would be winter. Sorry to say, there's no snow, but it will be super cool to be in low temperatures.
4. Superb five star accommodations. We can choose to have single bed, or twin bed. With bathroom attached.
5. Superb five star facilities in the campus.
6. Dedicated lecturers. By the end of the class, they will surely ask again where do we don't understand, not just swift away and leave us blurred.
7. Meals provided by MESS
8. Abundant cadavers...
9. Cheaper medical books, very cheap...
10. AMAZING FOOD. My friend who went to Karnataka for a holiday, said the food was marvellous, and they get to eat at lavish restaurants since the price are so cheap. *macam mana nak slim ni haih*
11. Super fast Internet connectivity, but can't browse through Youtube. *DANG*
12. Enable to learn multi-dialects of Indian languages, Kannada and Hindi. Thus, they would be pretty handful once I returned to provide my service in local government hospitals. :P
13. Cheap phone-calls rates.
14. Nice venue to shop for more clothes, that I can ask the locals to tailor. I heard they are good doing baju kurung, we'll see then :)
15. No over-crowded lecture halls.
16. Tip-top computer labs.
17. Get to feel the incredible India, and what not to experience living in other country. To go to Taj Mahal is also in my head. It is time to be independent. Hahhaa.
18. Gotta save to travel to Kashmir, or to China or to London. HEHEH.
19. Took only four hours to reach Karnataka from Malaysia, so it won't feel that much of a jet lag...and besides, return tickets are cheaper compared to those in the European countries. I am certainly blessed:)
20. Going to be the second batch at USM-KLE. The second troop of pioneers, so it would be great having the chance to be a sort of ambassador bragging about it, hehe. InsyaAllah.
21. Small groups of students thus, I see this bright chance that everyone will mingle so well with each other, to create one big happy family, insyaAllah.
22. One difference of USM KLE compared to USM KK is that, in India, there will be held dissection classes whereby lecturers will guide us to do dissection for one to two hour. I am very excited for this one. But better take it slow and steady. Over-excited leads to bad luck, sometimes.
23. Have the chance to learn how to save like an adult. Got to pay back 20% of the loan by the end of this course. So better keep the money rolling into the piggy bank!
24. Fast Internet speed, but inaccessible to YouTube. Sorry Youtube, you might have to say bye to me in 5 years to come. Ahaks..!
25. It's chilling, but dry. But chilling keeps you excited and comfy...
26. We would be provided with cleaners to tidy up our rooms, with no charges to pay, but seniors advised us to at least give them some tips. Do kind to them people!
27. For girls, there's laundry service available, with rate as low as RM7 per month. Hehe.
Disadvantages:
1. Gotta be super tired with 6 days per week classes. But it would be fascinating.
2. The English pronunciation from the Indian lecturers could be quite tedious to understand sometimes. So, I better did some earwax removal before boarding off. HEHE.
3. Will have to adapt to the food at first. But, adaptation can be cultivated.
4. Dry climate, will cause lips to 'merekah'. Indeed, according to Bro Erwyn, need to bring lip moisturizer.
5. Of course, groceries would be different than what we could find here in the country. So, yes, another adaptation is required.
6. Far from family teach us to be strong.
7. Need International Adapters for electrical appliances.
8. Fully English must be conversed. Problem? NAAAHH
9. Super duper tough examination questions. What do you expect dayana? You are pursuing degree in medicine right? ahaha.
10. Nothing else I can list.
So yeah, my parents are now eagerly enthusiastic about this one. Biasalaah, anak sulung kesayangan. *Cough*
And thank you for modernity, Facebook HELPS a lot in the sense of connecting some of my future coursemates and what not with the seniors. Blogs also come in very handy. Credits to Kak Chick (Ruben) for her time answering my Questionaires. And also other seniors like Aidil Yusof and Erwyn Ooi.
Seems like it has been pretty clear that YES I AM HEADING TO BELGAUM, KARNATAKA, INDIA. In a sudden, however, this morning around 11 something, Puan Salina, who happened to be an officer at Faculty Of Medicine, UiTM called me. I was so happy to see her number on the phone's screen, eagerly took it up and answered it with calm.
"Dayana, ni Puan Salina. Kalau ikutkan, kami hanya mampu ambil semula pelajar yang dapat merit CGPA 3.89 sahaja, tapi dengan syarat tidak mendapat tawaran kos perubatan di mana-mana IPTA. Jadi, dukacita saya maklumkan, rayuan Dayana gagal. Maaf ye"
The heart pounded hard. I failed to gain admission to the place I have been dreaming all day long to go. Just because my CGPA wasn't enough to make it through. Thanks UiTM for all the memories during Pre-Medicine, you have turned me down. But that's okay.
Then again, I must be absolutely thankful and grateful to have a second option. Thank you MARA for calling me the other day. And I was happy and over the rainbows to be selected among those who applied. Seems like all the adventure was worth a try. I am also relief that I made the decision to attend to the interview. Thanks a lot to dad for accompanying me all the way to Kubang Kerian, Kelantan too :) AlhamduLILLAH.
Genuinely, both Malaysia and India have lots to offer, provide pros and cons. So to make them crystal clear why I have been ranting to study medicine in the country and why I made my decision to fly to India, I listed the following reasons:
MALAYSIA
Advantages
1. High requirements for admission to medical courses in local universities. So once you are in, you can be considered as superbly good. But, guess I am not. HeheheXD

So now, lets move on to why must I go to India ??
Advantages:
And also other seniors like Aidil Yusof and Erwyn Ooi.
>>p/s: nak beli henfon apa eh? that is worth the price and come in handy?<<

Tahajjud Cinta
Biasalah cerita Melayu. Tapi tu tak penting.
Fouziah Ghous pula berlakon sebagai Seri. Citt. Nama tak boleh belah. Citra ni pulak Seri, but seriously sweet. Senang sikit nak ingat kan? Apa-apa pun, Seri ni kawan Citra. Tapi dia jenis emo sikit. Merupakan anak orang kampung yang amat konservatif dan miskin. Dekat Cairo pun dia tumpang rumah Citra sebab tak mampu. Tapi dia ni geliga, selalu score. Hahaha. Dalam cerita tu laa...kat luar wallahualam.
Episode semalam menyayat hati. Citra dan Seri dah tamat belajar, jadi mereka pun ambil peluang jalan-jalan sampai ke Jordan. Jordan ni cantik sebab ada kota apa ntah yang bersejarah tu, Al Petra kut kalau tak silap. Mereka pergi dengan Wahid (aku tak ingat pelakon ni nama sebenarnya apa) dan Shah Jazle ( aku tak ingat Shah ni berlakon jadi siapa dalam cerita ni)...hehehhe. Kiranya, Wahid ni suka kat Seri dan Shah pula teman Citra.
Wahid ni fikir nanti dah pulang ke Malaysia, mesti susah dia nak ketemu Seri hari-hari. Nanti tempat kerja berbeza susah la nak jumpa. Nanti rindu. Nanti angau. Hahaha.
Malam tu, Wahid cakap kat Seri, dia takut tak sempat, takut takde masa nak jumpa Seri lagi. Wahid juga bilang entah sempat atau tidak dia melanjutkan pelajaran. Yelaa, kalau nak tunggu sampai nak buat Master, sampai bila dia boleh meminang Seri. Malangya, Seri marah dia sebab cakap bukan-bukan. Esoknya, Wahid cuba sekali lagi untuk mendekati Seri. Tapi lebih ekstrim, dia minta Seri tanggalkan purdah, dia mahu lihat wajah Seri sebelum terlambat. Sebelum mereka terpisah katanya.
Seri toleh nampak kesemuanya. Dia lari ke tempat kejadian. Wahid masa tu masih sempat berkata-kata..Seri, saya bersyukur dapat bertemu awak. Terima kasih, Seri. "Mengucap WAHID!! MENGUCAP!!!"
Jawapannya mudah: HARGAILAH APA YANG KITA ADA, HARGAILAH ORANG YANG SAYANG KITA SEKARANG, SEBAB YANG PERGI TIADA TUMBUH DAN GANTINYA.
Saya pernah rasa semua ni. Anda yang baca juga mungkin sama. Jadi hargailah segala-galanya. Masa yang berlalu tidak dapat dikembalikan. Yang ada cuma hadapan. Don't look back. :)
>>>P/S: KUDOS to TV3 for airing this drama. It is simply the best among the best<<<

meaning of A+
Ok. This post tells you readers how 'stress' the form five batch gonna be this year. That includes my brother of course.
Last Sunday, I happily and willingly eager to follow mum and dad to SM Sains Tuanku Munawir or previously known as SASER. Objective was simple; to fetch my brother's previous mid-year exam slip.
Brother in magenta, with dad in white, heading to meet the teachers |
We were kinda late since every classes were crowded with parents and family members. Altogether, we took about two hours and managed to meet almost all the teachers except for his math teacher and Ustaz.
Not to boast, but my brother turned out to score quite well even though he did flunk compared to last year's. He is now at the 18th spot in the overall 100++ form five students in the school. Not bad considering that he's now at Saser. He managed to get 2nd place in his class and the boy who was at the first spot in his class managed to beat other boys and consistently at his comfort zone of being on the very top of the scorers.
Teachers mostly aimed big. At boarding schools, usually, teachers would spoon fed you. And it depends on how hard you did your revision to enable you to score good marks. Frankly, my brother didn't score a straight A's and he did worse in Bahasa Inggeris which made all of us quite shocked. But I am not that 'afraid' and 'concern'. Because, you see, mostly, students won't show their true colors during normal exams but will turn to roaring lions and score so well at the real examination.
My parents were quite relieved to hear that my brother has not that much of a problem regarding disciplines and focus. Just that he like many others would sometimes fall asleep, and that is normal for teenage boys at boarding schools. Teachers asked my brother to aim for A+ and at least A. Even A- these days won't bring you 'nowhere'. They somehow frightened him, I could see in his eyes. Adding up to the fact that he's now among the line of boys who are being nominated as potential scorers.
'Score A+ wan...and scholarships come kneeling to you' -- this is ALMOST how the teachers sounded. At the same time, my brother looked scared.
the boring and sad face of a 17 year old SPM candidate |
The best thing happened to me at his school was that teachers kept noting me as my brother's little sister meanwhile I am the eldest. Funny though because I usually looks like someone's mother. :P HEHE
And knowing how hard it is for my brother to hold that position right now, make I pity him. Boarding school has surely changes him to the better. Better in the sense of his studies. troop of friends and also social skills. It makes me happy seeing him there. At least, he will be having one Alma Mater to brag about once he leaves. Hahaha.
A+ for core sciences subjects are tougher than anyone could ever imagine. Even I myself failed to obtained those pluses. Just pray that he could. He has the potential. And I'll pray for his best every single seconds.
>>>p/s: relax bro. 3 more months, then enjoy your heart out. You will be drown with boredom AHAHA. By the way, his Biology teacher told him to be a doctor, but he himself said NO<<<

Alhamdulillah
PENANG, 27 Jan – Teaching and learning using real corpses (cadavers) is a key component in the USM International Medical Doctor Programme carried out in collaboration with KLE University in Belgaum, Bangalore, India (USM-KLE).
KLE, otherwise known as Karnataka Lingayat Education (KLE), was basically established to carry out teaching and learning activities in various fields in Karnataka and South Maharashtra, India.
USM-KLE which has five-star learning and accommodation facilities is regarded as the best alternative and significant location for Malaysian students interested in pursuing a medical degree overseas.
The Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Prof. Tan Sri Dato’ Dzulkifli Abdul Razak said that in order to obtain much better and effective learning experiences, students must take full advantage of the fact that cadavers are used in their studies.
He said that so far there are no universities in the world that are prepared to provide cadavers to meet the needs in the teaching and learning process because of the difficulty in obtaining them. It is different in India, where they are donated for learning purposes.
“We have to take this opportunity to get the best education and the time has come to change our perceptions about India because not everything is bad,” he said in a media conference here today.
The good news is I got the call, the bad news is I don't know how to go. Mom is going to Melbourne on the ninth , meanwhile I have an interview at 8.30 am the next day. Therefore, I have to rush helping mom out on packing that night or probably I have to run errand to get a bus to Kelantan. Mom won't be there, so only dad is around. Probably, I would tag my sister along to help me with the girl's thingy.
Hopefully everything would be just fine till the interview ends. I need this. I have been browsing through a couple of blogs owned by the first batch's students at KLE, and the campus is superb. But UiTM is better, and always better :') Plus, in India, I would have the best experience on clinical skills what not it offers adequate cadavers to 'play' with and that's the fun thing about becoming a medical student right? LOL
Till then, pray for me my dear readers. I am not hoping high, but if there's rezeki, I would go.

Burger and Physics Lecture
Got this story from my roommate here in USA :)
Back in ASASI, there was a guy whose name started with the letter P. He looked intelligent and yeah, not just looked intelligent, he can be considered as a genius.
Most boys at asasi were excellent in Physics. And so was P.
One day, there was Physics Lecture conducted by our famous male Physics' lecturer: none other than Prof Ahmad or people better knew him as Che Mat.
Like always the projector went crazy, thus the slides could not be projected and jeopardizing the whole mood to listen to the lecture.
Che Mat had this good vibes with P. He asked P to go to the office and find the technician. And thus, P obeyed the old man.
On the way to the office, P who was chewing a gum needed to throw the gum away. He couldn't do so since he had no paper to wrap the chewed gum. He then, stick it to a wall nearby. However, before he reached the office, he felt guilty for doing so. He must think of something that would enable him to get at least one piece of paper to wrap the gum, and easily dumped it into the trash bin.
So, what P did was that, he asked someone else who was going to the office, to inform about the projector at the lecture hall- meanwhile he went away to the cafe and bought himself a burger. Why a burger???
P took quite a while before returning to the lecture hall. The lecture almost end, there came P with his fulled mouth. Che Mat asked him what took him so long- and saw the burger in his hands. However, the bizzarre thing was that, P didn't get scolded or at least insulted. Instead, Che Mat, saw him and smile.
After the lecture ended, P told his friends that he went to the cafe and got a burger because he needed a piece of paper to wrap his chewed gum - so that it could be 'appropriately' thrown into the trash bin. HahahhahahhXD
But P is a physics' brainiac. He got A+ in both semesters and why would he care about attending lectures. Plus, Che Mat, had once offered him a place for Physics course at UiTM if he had no other option later on in his life. And to get such offer, is not easy.

Exam which feels like a phantom
3rd week now and it feels 'okay' a bit compared to the previous weeks. Why eh? Mostly because I read several motivational comments on the blog, and maybe because I finally could adapt to the UiTM Shah Alam campus. I now know where the museum located, where the laboratory located, the computer lab and the lecture hall of course and find good place to eat around Cendekia. Except for one thing, I COULDN'T TOLERATE: THE SMELLY Shiteous TOILETS!
We bumiputeras are well pampered including us who are undertaking the pre-medicine course. Why must I say that? Well, first is because we joined this thing at the first place WITHOUT the need to pay for anything, just using our money to support on our food and stuff we wanna buy. Can you imagine, how lucky we are, seeing those lecturers cum doctors who are also specialists - and they are superbly nice to us - they gave us lecturers without us paying them any tuition fees? And it's so lucky to be having Dr Hisham, an Iraqi as my Physiology lecturer cum doctor in charge during Small Group Session (SGS). Plus, we are staying at 'moderately' furnished hostels with no fees whatsoever- even though has to bear the gross of the toilets and the smells from them that arouse especially at night.
Then before I go further down to the 'mumbling'- I must say now is a hazard zone. Zone to get all the facts and all the mechanisms inside the brain-those we already discussed of course. Because exam is looming. And it's frightening me off like crazy to think of OSPE -Objective Structural Practical Examination -whereby there're 10 stations to deal with- and we have to answer several practical and structural questions-either on anatomy or on laboratories work like measuring blood pressure or lungs volume and capacity. And this is all maybe- plus, tonnes to be read and not just read but to memorize! Then, also we are required to undergo 150 MCQ's together with 3 Short Answer Questions, which are compulsory to be answered.
Asked one doctor named Dr Syed in the Anatomy Lab just now- regarding the examination. Should we the premed students just depends on the lecture notes or on the books? He said, PRIOR THE BOOKS. The lecture notes are like extra-simplest key points. After listening to the advice, I tried pushing myself to look for more diligence to open up those books and get some points from them. Scary.
But, Premed is also fun. When we got super roommates who heal and washed away all the crazy uneasy feelings on insecurities, when we are able to sit together during dining either it be lunches or dinners, when we are able to advice each other and etc. It's amazing to hear experiences from doctors cum lecturers here- how their life were during the housemanship, during the college years- all in all, they somehow gave inspiration to me- to note that No One Says Life is Easy. What makes it easy, is perseverance and lot of prayers and blessing from Allah and dear Parents.
Thanks for all the comments I received. And, I already been lectured by Mom last week, whereby she told me to rethink if I am really determined to be in this field of madness. Kalau premed pun tak tahan, apatah lagi real med school and real life as a doctor kan? For this 3rd week, I have somehow put in mind that to be rich, this is certainly not the route, but if there's more patience and hardworking together with perseverance and CONFIDENCE we can be specialists- and when we are already one of them- we could gain not just respect but TRUST. The eternal trusts from our patients and the community. Sprinkled too with LEISURE, whereby we can almost do whatever we want without having the need to be boss around.
-fun going to Hospital Sungai Buloh-the place was a majestic, and a beauty of course. Imagine, how we can go doing roundings at the place, so conducive and comfy. And not as busy as those hospitals like HTAR or HKL.
-met a neurologist-who is also very sarcastic and funny simultaneously-Dr Andrean Husin who happened to be our coordinator; Dr Rosfaizah's husband-who told me mostly doctors deal with satans compared to dealing with God. 0.0
-met Dr Faisal, a paeditrician- a good doctor who explains very well.
-met Dr Onkara, an opthalmologist (kutt, dah lupe, tehee:D) ....who happened to be a bit strict, whereby she advised a group mate to do something with his wavy hair as she told us doctors should look boring not interesting.
>>>p/s: gives strength to your servant dear Allah. To pass all these and be happy. And to Aini Najwa, hope your choice to reject USM is the best for you, Amin<<<

Sabah Detour: almost like Going Overseas
Assalamualaikum people who are kind enough to open one tab to actually read what I post. Thanks a lot for not making my effort to blog a waste. Anyhow, I miss blogging wherever I go, and have been quite a long time since I last post anything.
AlhamduLiLLAH to Allah Almighty Lord for allowing me to join 4 other friends to detour Sabah. We planned early since our foundation at Puncak Alam, whereby Chrystine our Sabahan girlfriend was eagerly inviting us to visit her place in front of the math lecture hall at dear UiTM Puncak Alam. Firstly, Sara Salleh, Balqis Isa together with Azneeza Manan and Nurul Ashikin were about to tag along, but they cancelled on the bit of the last minute due to parents' objection and some due to the fact that they are now working. Therefore, only Azyan Amani, Dina Azureen, Eliza Amira, the group leader; Dina Syafiqah and I who managed to say YES for the adventure. Hehehe :D
Chronology of our Adventure
1. Woke up as early at 5 AM to get ready with things to bring along was a drench after a while of not doing so. Flight to Sabah was at 9 am but it is a must for everyone who are going on board to reach early to the airport in case of anything. Our take of was at LCCT as we took the airbus 3220 Air Asia to hoar like bird to the Land Below The Wind. And my dad and I were the first among my friends to reach at LCCT so we headed to MCD for breakfast. As we finished, the others finally arrived with their respective dads and mom except for Eliza who came with Dina.
9 am we boarded into the plane whereby we only afford to pay for the economy seats, but still they were comfy. On the plane, there was a birthday surprise for a little girl named Nurin who turned 6. She got a buffet voucher at Residence Hotel KL. Then there was a game where we can get the same voucher, the question was how many seats are there on the plane. The clue was there are 31 rows and each row has 6 seats, so how many?? can you count? The answer is 180...:P How did it turned that way? Well, it's in the pamphlets.
Two hours of a boring flight, finally landed on at Terminal 2 Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA). We were escorted by our tour guide name Abang Yus which until now my friends tend to fond him. -.-'
We were astonished by the Sabah bluish clean beach and seawater. Reached Kota Kinabalu the capital and it looked rather 'tak membangun' compared to here in Semenanjung. We searched for our hotel to shelter ourselves from hot sun and wet rainy days. And I found it first! City Park Inn was the place where we stayed for 5 days 4 nights. It was definitely The amazing '5 star' budget hotel we afford to stay in.
Quiet shocked with the room we got. Superbly 'JUST NICE' for the 5 of us. A double decker and two queen beds. But then, the aircond started to turn lunatic and made us sweating all over during the second day after visiting the Islands. So they gave us another room which was a bit smaller T.T. Oh yeah that night we managed to get Chrystine to join in. She can drive superbly although with manual. I felt little T.T. She was kind enough to attend us and brought us to dine at a nice place which I forgot its name but it was somewhere at the Double Six thingy. Yeah blame me for the ignorance T.T. Oh yes, she also brought us to Tanjung Aru that night for some chill out. Yet no close pictures with her since I didn't bring my camera. What ler....-,-'
2. Day two we headed towards the Islands. Pulau Sapi and Pulau Manukan. Not that far from Kota Kinabalu, around 20 minutes by super fast boat. The journey was amazing. Rasanya yang paling syok kut. Pulau Sapi was spectacular, boleh snorkelling sampai lebam, since we were provided with yellow goggles and life jackets. Seriously we can see and touch the fishes ! But stingray and sharks are a No No. We can only pass the spots with green balls if I wasn't mistaken. The others are dangerous, tempat bot lalu.
Oh at Pulau Sapi we met with this Sabahan guy who happened to be a rescuer. He moved around with a kayak and invited us to follow him to the middle of the sea. Only one person was allowed to follow him at once, I was the last one. So yes, I followed him, he brought me in the middle of the sea where corals more clearly. He told me I better dipped in to touch the corals and see more fishes. I hesitated but then he said I need no worry since I had the life jacket on. So yes, I dipped in, but got troubles with my goggles whereby the salty water kept rushing into my nose. It bothered me to dip deeper. When I tried to get back into the kayak, the rescuer tried to pull me up but he fell too. Hahahaha! The kayak went upside down. It was terrifying. I supported my upper body to the kayak but my I tend to step onto one big-rough coral reef. I was scared, my feet bleed, but I managed to get onto the kayak at last. He brought me back to the shore. My friends were scared when they saw what happened from far. They thought I drowned. Alhamdulillah everything was super alright. God gives me another life!
After a heavy lunch which contains lotsa seafood and meats, we went for a banana boat riding. I think the ride was a bit too much for rm 40 per person. Bila balik Selangor, my dad told me you can get the ride for rm5 at Port Dickson. But hey here's the difference. At Pulau Sapi we had the ride in the middle of the blue sea, if I were to do it at PD, it can only be done near to the shore. Tak best ler ye dak?
Next was Pulau Manukan, and here is where you can find Taman Tunku Abd Rahman. Basically the beach and the sea are of the same kind of Pulau Sapi. But here. there's some chalets to rent for those who intend to stay overnight, but not us.
3. Started early at 8 am for a trip to Gunung Kinabalu and Poring Hotspring. The journey was a bit harsh with roads happened to be so narrow and berbelit2. Make sure bring along a plastic bag to puke if you might have road drunk. Anyhow, it was fun shopping at the Kundasang shopping spot, the prices are lower than that at Phillipines Market. Sadly, when we reached there, had some money deficit. So can't buy whatever we wanted even though the prices are better.
Arrived at Poring Hotspring around 11 something in the morning. It's hot here. Hot tubs are everywhere but some are not functioning and dirty. Many tourists especially the Chinese and Koreans. The water from the spring happened to be milky like milk when you try to collect it in your hands. And yes, the water is super hot, good for skin. Berendam lama pun takpe asalkan bayar RM 3.
Bored with hot water, my friends then wanted to try the river and the waterfall. We trekked the narrow pathway of the jungle to the nearest one which located around 400 m from the hot tubs. And wearing only a flip flop slipper my feet became easily tired. Sore people! While other friends wore shoes T.T this what happened if you forgot to bring a pair of sneakers or sport shoes...
The journey was super tiring. My friends were excited because the waterfall as if it belongs to us alone. No one else was at the spot. So yeah, it was worth a walk.
Done with solat and etc, we headed to a Chinese Restaurant for lunch. It was included in our package. The place was nice but doubtful whether they served HALAL or not. Mom advised me to be extra careful even though the workers seemed like muslims wearing veils on their heads. There's no halal logo except for a saying says 'No Pork Served'. T.T. The dishes came late and we were mocking hungry. The food was extremely sedap but the portion was too little until after 2 hours later we felt hungry again. T.T
It was raining quite heavily and add up to the cold weather, I was shivering. Not only that I forgot to bring along a pair of closed shoes but I also tend to leave my sweater at home. Thanks to the extra fat, it helped me to overcome the chill and Azyan told me to transfer some to Dinas who is damn thin. Hehehe. I told you being fat somehow beneficial.
Visited a market full with fruits and vegies. Couldn't buy any vegies because we can't cook in our hotel. Bought some cut fruits, sadly the fruits started to smell funny the next day and we realised how we lost RM 5 for the fruits. TSK TSK. Back home, mom advised, next time, buy fruits with their skins on and not the cut ones. I repent, mom. hehee.
Kabus menghalang pemandangan yang cantik. Well, my mom said the mountain looks nice in the morning midst. Unfortunately, we arrived at the spot in the mid day, thus the view jeopardized a bit. We went up till the veranda where the tourguide told us that it is actually a place where you would get your permit to climb up. And of course we didn't manage to climb up because it needs another RM 400 for that, plus we had no suitable attires on. No wonder the climbers stared at us strangely.
Took another 3 hours to reach Kota Kinabalu. It was nauseous along the journey. But before we went to sleep, we took our night out to the Night Market which located at the back block of our hotel. One more shopping spot, to find beads, more pearls and some GOLOK branded stuff. Not interesting though.
4. Paid another RM 170... TSK TSK...seriously too expensive...for what? For our one day experience to see the Monyet Belanda and fireflies. At first, the tour guide, Mr Yus, recommended us to go for rafting. I felt scared because the main reason I had no other clothes to wear since my wet attire went missing blew by the wind. But then, I didn't know by what chance that we ended up paying the same amount for the river cruise.
We headed to a place called Sungai Kias if I wasn't mistaken, took a boat to a cruise in the middle of the river and spent the whole afternoon and half our evening on it. The cruise was okay....we did see the monyet belanda with the long red nose but we mostly saw their buttocks on the tall trees. Tried to captured it into photos, sadly, they became quite blurred since we viewed from far. At night, we had seafood and rice for dinner, which was delicious. Did see fireflies but not as blazingly lighten as what I saw in the TNB ad on TV ....tsk tsk. One thing that happened was that, my friend managed to catch one firefly and put it inside a bottle, plus there's one which followed us into the van to KK.
5. Last day of our vacation we had no good activities to mention. Spent longer time to sleep till brunch hours and packed our things up to return to Peninsular. We needed to check out at 1 pm but the tour guide would only pick us up to the terminal at 6 pm. We left our handful luggages at the receptionist, planned to walk around town but it rained heavily. Sat down at the lobby where thank GOD there's HBO. Watched Anaconda for a whole while waiting for the rain to stop. Then we had lunch at one mamak restaurant called Mohaidin something even though Eliza and Dina wanted to have KFC Cheesy Wedges. I insisted to go to mamak because I thought the price will be lower but I was wrong. The mamak taukey cheated and everyone's food cost RM6.50 even though some of us took lesser food than the other. Sorry guys!!
Fulled with nice lunch, we then took a walk to the wet market to find prawns for Dina. We were actually searching for the Sunday Market but ended up taking pictures by the sea. Gone for another last shopping spree at the Phillipines Market. Needed to quench our thirst, we went down the food bazaar next to the Phillipines' Market where you can get many grilled food and fresh coconut juices. Sat down for some drinks and then walked again to find the prawns but no prawns were found nearby the food stalls. Dina wanted to buy prawns at the first shop we stopped by but sadly the shop closed. She looked rather down so we continue the adventure for prawn seeking. At last, Alhamdulillah she found one shop nearby the KK Big Market and bought prawns with a big smile on the face. We were glad.
At 5 pm, Mr Yus arrived to pick us up to the terminal. Before that, he was kind enough to bring us to the beach near Sutera Harbour and next time if you have more money, you can rent and stay at the five star hotels around Sutera Harbour, said myself to myself. Hahahah. Took our last memoir photos with MR Yus by the beach but we were a bit frustrated not to visit the Bajau Laut houses which floats on the sea water. Maybe next time...
Our flight boarded off to KL around 9 pm, with Air Asia. And we bid farewell to Sabah and its people. It has been awesome, especially with our friends along. I sat with Azyan Amani on the flight, but the others sat quite far at the back so the 2 hours flight seemed a bit boring without the other three girls. Hahaha.
Finally, we needed to go home fast since the parents were already waiting at the terminal. My dad and mom and sister were there since 9 pm so they nagged me for lateness. Couldn't hide the bad feeling had to leave my friends, the ever good friends I had. Hope to see them all again next time. Insha Allah.

Put Your Glass Down
Wherever you are, whether in schools, college, or in your office or cubicle, take some time to learn from this stories. Hope it can make a big change in you.
A Professor began his class by holding up
a glass with some water in it.
He held it up for all to see & asked the students
“How much do you think this glass weighs?”
'50g!' ....
'100g!' ..... '125g'
..the students answered.
“I really don't know unless I weigh it,”
said the professor,
“but, my question is:
What would happen if I held it up like this
for a few minutes?”
'Nothing' …..the students said.
'Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?' the professor asked.
'Your arm would begin to ache' said one of the student.
“You're right, now what would happen
if I held it for a day?”
“Your arm could go numb, you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis &
have to go to hospital for sure!”
… ventured another student
& all the students laughed …
“Very good, But during all this,
did the weight of the glass change?”
asked the professor.
‘No’…. Was the answer.
“Then what caused the arm ache &
the muscle stress?”
The students were puzzled.
“What should I do now to come out of pain?”
asked professor again.
‘Put the glass down!’ said one of the students.
“Exactly!” said the professor.
Life's problems are something like this.
Hold it for a few minutes in your head &
they seem OK.
Think of them for a long time &
they begin to ache.
Hold it even longer &
they begin to paralyze you.
You will not be able to do anything.
It's important to think of the challenges or problems in your life,
but EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to
‘PUT THEM DOWN’
at the end of every day before
You go to sleep.
That way, you are not stressed,
you wake up every day fresh &
strong & can handle any issue,
any challenge that comes your way!
